This is an onsite role

Over two years you will become one of the most connected individuals in Austin, welcoming the highest-profile world leaders Presidents and Prime Ministers, Princes and ambassadors, F500 CEOs, venture capitalists, four star generals, and even Grumpy Cat while gaining experience recruiting, training and managing a direct report.

After two years making introductions for startups, you will receive a one-month, paid sabbatical to figure out your next step you can choose to pursue a career in Venture Capital, join a high growth startup as one of the first employees, find a co-founder to start your own company, or move into another role at Station Austin. Every CEO in town will owe you a favor.
