Front of House Receptionist

This is a great opportunity for a people person who thrives in a busy environment and has a passion for superior customer care. Monday to Friday business hours. 2 to 3 month contract.

The successful candidate will work an 8-hour shift between 8 : 00 am and 5 : 00 pm with a 30-minute break at our Belmont clinic. You must be flexible to work different hours on occasion.

What you will do

As our Front of House Receptionist you set the tone for every visit. You will welcome clients keep the clinic flowing and deliver warm confident service in person and on the phone. You will also support simple admin tasks that keep appointments running on time.

Your key responsibilities :

• Greet clients check them in and make them feel at ease
• Be the first point of contact for referral and appointment enquiries
• Assist with general office tasks including administration supply management and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Manage the waiting room and keep clients informed about timing
• Confirm appointment details preparation and follow-ups
• Coordinate bookings and manage the daily schedule
• Provide professional friendly phone service and handle inbound calls promptly
• Issue and collect paperwork and upload required documents accurately
