About the Role
The Senior Manager of Sales Recruiting leads a high-performing team dedicated to attracting and hiring top sales talent for QXOs field operations. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, ensuring seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. The Senior Manager is responsible for scaling processes, optimizing systems, and driving consistent, high-quality results, while serving as a trusted partner to senior sales leaders.
What youll do :
- Lead and Mentor : Manage and develop an experienced recruiting team, ensuring alignment with sales hiring goals and business priorities.
- Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with senior sales leadership to forecast talent needs and design recruiting strategies that support revenue growth.
- Deliver Excellence : Ensure the team provides exceptional candidate experience and efficient, inclusive hiring processes.
- Monitor & Optimize : Track recruiting activity, metrics, and performance; implement adjustments to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Employer Branding : Support branding initiatives and represent QXO externally to attract top sales talent.
- Hands-On Leadership : Balance individual requisition ownership with team management responsibilities.
- Drive Innovation : Implement scalable recruiting programs and process improvements to support high-volume sales hiring.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies.
What youll bring :
Experience : 8+ years in recruiting, including 5+ years in leadership role; proven success in sales recruiting.Leadership : Strong people management skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.Expertise : Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, tools, and technologies; experience implementing scalable strategies in high-growth environments.Sales Function Knowledge : Deep understanding of the full sales ecosystemincluding National Accounts, Commercial, Inside Sales, Local Outside Salesand the ability to design assessments and screening processes that identify key sales profiles such as hunters (new business developers) and farmers (relationship builders).Tech Savvy : Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruiting analytics.Influence : Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.Communication : Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.Results Orientation : Track record of delivering against aggressive hiring goals while maintaining quality and candidate experience.What Youll Earn
