Maintenance Person

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities include :

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
• Taking out and emptying trash cans and cardboard
• Changing light bulbs
• Changing HVAC / Exhaust filters and cleaning roof of debris
• Reporting to each shift on time and ready to work, timeliness and positive attitude influences our customers and co-workers alike
• Reporting to all shifts wearing a neat and clean uniform
• Following food safety procedures according to company policies, and health and sanitation regulations
• Being willing to be cross-trained and be flexible in your schedule to ensure seamless service
• Interacting pleasantly and courteously with each customer and greeting every customer with a smile
