job_description.job_card.job_descriptionYou will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager you will inquire about vacant units ask to walk units notate repairs and review with head of maintenance or property manager. Working from the office involves reviewing sales routes preparing calls and performing minimal administrative tasks Within 48 hours : Well schedule an in-person interview within a week well schedule an in person ride along day / half day Strong rapport skills and persistence Strong written and verbal communication skills Sales experience is strongly preferred Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time money and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and odor-free in under two hours. Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
