Summary :

Product trainers are responsible for helping improve individual and organizational performance towards a specific product created by the organization. They identify training needs, develop annual training programs, and create instructional materials. They assess the organization's strengths and weaknesses.

Responsibilities :

• Train newly hired, temporary, and cross training employees, in proper manufacturing techniques as detailed in DWIs.
• Understand and train employees of floor layout
• Practice and re-enforce safety rules and guidelines.
• Be capable of properly recording labor and explaining how to understand production rates.
• Work with Operators and Production Pickers to ensure cells are fully stocked with parts to complete production orders
• Be able to perform set up functions in all product families
• Assist Operators who are having problems and call in outside help where needed
