- Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
- Must be separated from BILH for a min of 6 months in order to be considered (perm, per diem, contract).
Sigma, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Residency & Fellowship Program Coordinator to support the Pulmonary Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. This role provides administrative, scheduling, and onboarding support to students, trainees, and fellows within a busy academic medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Trainee Support
Coordinate onboarding for residents, fellows, and visiting studentsMaintain trainee documentation and evaluations in MedHubAssist with compliance, credentialing, and orientation workflowsScheduling & Event Planning
Manage calendars, meetings, conferences, and educational sessionsSchedule luncheons, academic activities, and department eventsSet up, monitor, and troubleshoot Zoom and Teams meetingsAdministrative & Department Support
Support program directors, faculty, and educational staffManage correspondence, schedules, and trainee communicationUtilize EPIC for administrative functions involving schedulingHandle phone calls, emails, and stakeholder inquiries professionallyData, Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate trainee records and schedulesGenerate reports and update databases as neededEnsure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive educational dataRequired Qualifications
Experience supporting residency, fellowship, or medical education programsProficiency with MedHub , Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft OfficeEPIC experience requiredStrong administrative and scheduling skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to plan meetings, organize luncheons, and coordinate eventsMust have been separated from BILH for at least 6 months
