Neighborhood Health – Billing Team Lead Full-time, 40 Hours

Our goal is simple : improving access to healthcare in our community and surrounding areas. Due to expansion, Neighborhood Health is looking to add a Billing Team Lead to our team. As Billing Team Lead, you will :

  • Assist the Revenue Cycle Manager in the day-to-day management of the billing department.
  • Provide information reports to the Revenue Cycle Manager to clearly describe activities and progress toward agreed upon goals.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the Revenue Cycle Manager.
  • Assist with training of Patient Account Specialist team members.
  • Actively participate in resolving operational and patient flow problems.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of three years of work experience in a medical, public health, or social service agency. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
  • Education Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED. Specialized training in medical and / or dental billing / coding preferred.
