Journeyman Electrician

We are seeking an Electrician & Wiring Crew Leader to join our stellar team! If youre a licensed Journeyman with strong residential experience and a passion for leadership, this is the opportunity youve been looking for!

$25$31 / HR + BONUSES!

What you will do :

  • Lead electrical and wiring installations for both rough-in and final phases
  • Supervise a team of 12 apprentices, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with professionalism and expertise
  • Maintain strict compliance with building and safety codes
  • Keep organized records of work performed and materials used
  • Manage material ordering, usage, and cost control
  • Set the standard for professionalism, communication, and teamwork

    • What you bring :

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician License (held for at least 2 years preferred)
  • 5+ years of electrical experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong residential and commercial experience (required)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team to success
