Compensation Range Hourly : $16.45 - $19.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The Wealth Management Imaging Clerk is responsible for indexing and coordinating scanning of Trust Client Original documents, Investment documentation, and client correspondence for the Trust department. The Imaging Clerk reviews documents to determine proper scanning and indexing of client files into the electronic file room and maintaining existing paper filings. This requires excellent accuracy, and attention to detail.

Essential Functions

• Index and perform quality review of received documents for placement to electronic client file
• Scan hard documents received for placement to electronic client file
• Maintain existing paper client files
• Process incoming requests to resource mailbox
• Perform other duties as assigned
