Senior Automation Engineer

Location : Wilmington, MA Compensation : $, - $, annually Plus Bonus Travel : Up to 25% Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer with strong technical skills in implementing process automation solutions within the life sciences industry, specifically in liquid and powder processing facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Batch S88 and be capable of managing complex automation projects from concept through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions using PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA platforms.
• Lead project teams, interact directly with clients, and ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Oversee project phases, including design, testing, start-up, and commissioning, with a focus on Process Control Systems (PCS), SCADA, and DCS.
• Develop control system architectures, component specifications, schematic diagrams, and programming.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation per GAMP5 standards.
