Head of Credit

A company is looking for a Head of Credit to architect, lead, and scale their credit function.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead the underwriting framework, including criteria, workflows, and decision authority

Develop or refine credit scoring and risk models to underpin automated decisioning

Monitor portfolio health and translate data into actionable insights for management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering (Master's preferred)

3-8 years' experience in credit underwriting, risk modelling, or credit operations

Proven track record in designing or deploying credit decision systems or scorecards

Strong understanding of credit portfolio dynamics and model performance metrics

Comfortable working with data pipelines and automation tools
