Operations Manager Property & Casualty Insurance Agency
An established independent retail insurance agency is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations and drive consistency, efficiency, and growth across personal and commercial lines. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day workflows for personal and commercial lines teams.
- Standardize processes and ensure effective use of the Agency Management System.
- Lead, coach, and develop account managers and support staff.
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as retention, accuracy, and service turnaround.
- Partner with agency leadership to align operations with growth and client experience goals.
- Maintain compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
5+ years of P&C insurance agency experience (retail setting preferred).2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong understanding of insurance operations, coverages, and carrier workflows.Proficient in AMS platforms (Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, etc.).Active Property & Casualty license required.What We're Looking For : A people-focused, process-driven leader with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
