We are seeking a Corporate Fp&A Specialist to join our finance team based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Carrier Corp's financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term strategic planning. You will deliver insightful business analytics, with a strong focus on P&L analysis and process optimization, helping drive smarter decisions across the organization.

As a trusted partner to Senior Leadership, Corporate Finance, and Segment Finance teams, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives and help shape the financial narrative of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate preparation of senior executive presentations including communications to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, ELT
• Lead P&L roadmaps process for Carrier, with focus on the "why" behind the company's results and variances and with ability to tell the story.
• Provide business insights and suggestions to VP FP&A and Sr FP&A Director through monthly flash reports and perform Risk & Opportunity roll up
• Lead Price-Cost analysis requirements for Carrier.
• Support Coordination and Preparation of Earnings Release Materials
• Improve existing reporting processes and create new ones where required.
