Job Overview
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide Contract and Program Management support to the Program Manager. These tasks will require the employee to have the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance related to the management and contract support supplied to the customer.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Working closely with the Program Manager at the contractor’s facility.
- Develop, coordinate, submit, and track material requisitions for multiple programs
- Manage Task Folders, collecting data for each task and collaborating on status reports as required.
- Provide financial data on individual tasks / projects.
- Perform as part of an integral logistics management team for Fleet assets and inventory.
- Extensive experience in the procurement of materials and services.
- Ability to take tasking from “cradle to grave” with little or no supervision.
- Assist with maintaining financial books / records.
- Preparation of visit letters.
- Assist with the procurement processes, tracking material issuing.
- Track and coordinate material shipments and provide the sponsors with updates as required.
Accountable For :
Excellent oral communication skills including but not limited to customer interactions, formal and informal training, and meeting facilitation.Excellent written communications including but not limited to development and editing of business, operational, and technical documents, engineering changes, meeting and trip reports, Maintenance Procedures (MPC), training material, and after-action reports.Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner.Ability to exercise independent judgment.Ability to organize and prioritize own work as well as assigned personnel.Ability to work alone or in a team environment as required.Ability to research and analyze operational data.Effective oral and written communication skills.Well versed in Microsoft Office and related business software.Job Requirements
Mandatory :
