Overview :

At J.Jill, we believe in the power of community and genuine connections. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven Part-Time Stock Associate. You will thrive behind the scenes supporting the store's operational and customer service efforts, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience. You will embrace our fun and inclusive culture as you create a meaningful and authentic customer experience within the store and community.

Responsibilities :

• Efficiently receive and stock merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
• Maintain a well-organized backroom to maximize efficiency and support store goals.
• Execute workload to labor productivity standards, including merchandise processing, steaming, markdowns, and transfers.
• Assist in replenishing inventory to ensure all available sizes and styles are represented on the sales floor.Greet and help customers when sales staff are not available to maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare merchandise according to company visual merchandising standards and support floor set execution.
• Support Sales Associates by assisting with sales transactions and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience.
• Address operational challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help your store be successful.
