Data Entry / Customer Services Automation Personnel Services is seeking a  detail-oriented and customer-focused  professional to join a  busy repair warehouse  in  Addison, TX . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized while supporting both customers and technicians in a  fast-paced, light-industrial environment .In this position, you will handle  data entry and QuickBooks  tasks, assist with  customer inquiries and order updates , and work with warehouse staff to  track, document, and process printers and printer parts  received for repair. You will also receive  hands-on training  to assist with  basic printer refurbishing tasks  to help prepare equipment for repair technicians. Pay Rate $20 - $23 per hour depends on experience Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm occasionally Saturdays Data Entry / Customer Services  Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update customer and order information in QuickBooks and other internal systems
• Answer inbound phone calls and provide professional, friendly customer service
• Process repair orders, invoices, payments with a high level of accuracy and help in the warehouse with the printers
• Communicate with technicians and customers to coordinate repair statuses
• Perform general office support duties (filling, emails, scheduling) as needed Data Entry / Customer Services Qualifications and Requirements
• QuickBooks experience required
• Strong data entry and typing skills (speed and accuracy)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written
• Customer service experience preferred, especially over the phone
