Worship Leader

The Worship Leader will lead worship services, support broader church functions, and help shape the church’s worship ministry vision. This is a direct hire, salaried position with weekly responsibilities, mainly Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, including additional support for special events and ministry opportunities.

Lead Worship. Build Disciples. Serve with Purpose. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead live worship during Sunday and Wednesday services
  • Coordinate song selection with the Pastor to align with the message and theme
  • Oversee sound booth operations and volunteer scheduling
  • Support church events and outside groups using the facility
  • Participate in leadership / staff meetings and help shape the worship vision
  • Contribute to annual worship ministry budgeting and planning
  • Shepherd the worship team and congregation through prayer, mentorship, and biblical guidance

Who We’re Looking For

  • A devoted follower of Christ with a heart for worship and discipleship
  • Experience leading worship
  • Basic tech / sound knowledge (or willingness to learn)
  • A servant-hearted leader who is organized, dependable, and flexible
  • A team player who aligns with the church’s doctrine and mission

    • Compensation & Role Details

  • Part-time , estimated 12–20 hours / week
  • Salaried, direct hire
  • Annual salary : $28,000–$32,000 , based on experience
