Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and motivated Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in Live Oak, California. Job Responsibilities :

Assist Physical Therapists with executing patient treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility

Monitor patient progress and report findings

Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care

Qualifications :

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

Active California PTA license

BLS certification

Prior outpatient or travel experience preferred but not required
