Medical Technologist Opportunity
A well-respected healthcare provider in the Mid-Michigan region, just outside Lansing, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Technologist to join their clinical laboratory team. This opportunity is for a third-shift role with a 7 on / 7 off schedule, offering a great work-life balance and a stable routine.
Ideal candidates will bring solid experience in blood bank, chemistry, and hematology, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented lab environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform complex clinical laboratory tests to support the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of disease
- Prepare and analyze patient specimens using standard laboratory procedures
- Accurately document and report lab results
- Operate and maintain lab instruments and equipment
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate with medical and laboratory staff to maintain quality outcomes
