CWA Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a leading commercial architecture planning and design firm serving a diverse range of clients in the educational and municipal sectors we recognize the importance of exceptional customer service in achieving our mission.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of CWA Groups services and projects to effectively assist clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support.
  • Implement feedback from clients to improve service offerings.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience preferably in an architectural or design context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

    • Salary : $17.25 - $23.50 (per hour)
