job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOperate manual Bridgeports and Lathes as well as CNC Mills and Lathes. Perform machine set ups on manual and CNC lathes and mills. Review drawings, instructions, and / or blueprints to ensure accurate production. Loads and unloads parts, operating multiple machines as needed. Perform offsets and tooling changes on machine. Quality inspection of finished work piece(s) to specifications using various measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Maintains an organized, safe, and clean work area Performs other duties as assigned. Previous experience operating manual or CNC mills or lathes. Strong problem solving and math skills Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Experience in reading blueprints. Completion of a technical program is a plus High School Diploma or equivalent required Will be subject to pre-employment drug and background screening.
