Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join our growing team in San Antonio, TX. The Junior Program Analyst provides analytical, administrative, and coordination support to internal program teams. This role is responsible for organizing program-related data, supporting reporting efforts, and assisting with communication related to program participation and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as an initial point of contact for routine external inquiries, escalating complex matters to program leadership as needed
Maintain and update program-related records, rosters, and participant information
Compare and verify data from multiple sources to identify and resolve discrepancies
Track key program information in organized spreadsheets and databases
Assist in the preparation of recurring reports using Excel, including tables, charts, and summary data
Support data validation, quality checks, and version control of reporting documents
Maintain historical records and change logs for audit and reference purposes
Assist in the implementation and documentation of program-related procedures
Provide general coordination and administrative support to program leadership
Perform additional project or program support tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
2-5 years of experience supporting Program Management
Ability to manage multiple data sources and maintain accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with government contracts , invoice processing , or financial tracking preferred.
Knowledge of FAR / DFARS compliance requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
