job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Technical IT training. Knowledge of BD MMS products preferred. Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities to meet deadlines. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to assimilate technical information into customer-facing responses. Strong project management skills. Customer-centric perspective and a desire to assist and support. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Ability to develop strong internal relationships with technical SMEs and cross-functional teams. Commitment to providing timely and accurate responses to avoid risks or lost opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively with product and information security teams to ensure current and accurate technical documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Write technical responses for IT and technical questions from RFPs, contracts, customer queries, and security audits.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical SMEs and Global Marketing teams.
- Provide technical training to support MMS solutions and product releases.
- Ensure product security white papers and technical details are current and complete.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce customer-centric, strategic responses for proposals and sales enablement activities.
