The School of Education, University of Redlands, is excited to open a tenure-track position focused on educational justice.
We seek applications for a 9-month, full-time, assistant professor tenure-track position in the Department of Leadership and Higher Education. In this position, the successful candidate will join a committed department of colleagues to facilitate the learning of an innovative school community. This position serves across the department to provide educational leadership expertise for our P-20 educational leadership and social justice doctoral program. The successful applicant will : (a) have expertise in educational leadership, preferably in K-12 contexts and / or youth organizing (b) have broad inquiry expertise, (c) teach core courses in our doctoral program, (d) engage in efforts to support the success of our diverse students, (e) advise doctoral students in our educational leadership and social justice doctoral program, and (f) engage fully and collegially in the triumvirate of faculty responsibilities (teaching, research, and service).
