Estimator – Lead Estimating in a Growing Construction & HVAC Company

Schedule : Days | Pay Rate : $60K & UpJoin a respected construction and HVAC company in the Tidewater area and take the lead on estimating projects in a collaborative, goal-focused environment. This is your chance to make an impact by driving accurate, efficient, and high-quality estimates for projects that are largely produced in-house.What You’ll Do :

• Lead estimating efforts from start to finish, analyzing blueprints, technical documents, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to ensure estimates align with project objectives.
• Handle multiple estimates simultaneously, making critical decisions under bid deadlines.
• Maintain precise records of estimates, assumptions, and supporting documentation.
