The Corporate Trainer will play an integral role in the professional development of Alliance Ground International's workforce. This individual will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, oversee content creation, manage the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), and support the onboarding of staff during new airport customer start-ups.

The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design skills, hands-on training delivery experience, technical acumen with LMS administration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, aviation service environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Training & Content Development

Develop, update, and maintain engaging training programs and content tailored to operational requirements and regulatory standards.

Ability to complete customer train the trainer courses and build and develop training plans to ensure station staff are up to date with customer training.

Serve as the primary administrator for the Workday LMS, overseeing user management, course assignments, tracking, and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid, effective training and onboarding for new airport customer contracts.

Analyze training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and business outcomes; recommend and implement enhancements.
