Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? Little Stars Therapy Services (LSTS) is seeking a dedicated Autism Specialist to join our team and help provide high-quality support and interventions to individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities. This role is crucial in implementing evidence-based strategies to foster skill development, enhance communication, and improve overall quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Conduct assessments to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Provide training and support to caregivers, equipping them with strategies to help their loved ones succeed at home and in the community.
Stay current with research and advancements in the field of autism intervention.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (required).

Certification in ABA or other relevant credentials (e.g., BCaBA, BCBA) is highly desirable.

Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
