• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work alongside other OTRs, physical therapists, doctors, speech therapists, and additional healthcare experts to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Instruct Patients and Caregivers : Provide education and training for patients and their families to maintain progress at home and promote long-term success.
• Monitor and Document Development : Track patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
