Job Description

Documentation Technical Writer

supports documentation requirements for manufacturing activities. This includes creating or revising protocols and SOPs, formatting documents effectively, researching, tracking and logging process improvements and tracking and trending of operation metrics.

Responsibilities

Editing, writing and streamlining of manufacturing protocols, SOPs and other documents to support client or internal procedures. Formatting documents and consideration of end user requirements.

Initiate and execute change controls, CAPAs, and contribute to site metrics for timely issuance of procedures and closure dates for change controls and CAPAs.

Meet with stakeholders on revision changes, facilitate meetings and communicate progress and issues to leadership.

Research submissions for procedural process improvements and provide recommendations to leadership.

Perform data entry and track and trend with basic analysis and report presentations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Associates or Bachelor Degree desired.

Minimum 2 years of related experience required.

Pharmaceutical Experience or other Regulated Industry desired.

MS Office knowledge required.

Technical Writing experience required.

Researching and compiling data required.

Seated for long periods of time, computer work, ergonomics required.

Shift

Weekday Days, Monday-Friday.

Compensation & Benefits

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

Hiring Wage :

$30.99-$41.93 / hr . Depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role.
