We work with some of the nation’s largest communication clients to help maintain and expand their customer base. We act as the middleman between our clients and their customers, focusing on creating personalized, lasting relationships. Through these interactions, we are able to educate customers on products and services that may be a fit for their lifestyle while spreading brand awareness for our clients.

We would not be where we are today without our client management team, they are hands down the lifeline of our company. We have just opened up a spot on our team for an entry-level Entry Level Client Support Specialist. This individual will be trained from the ground up by our leadership core and be provided with the opportunity to grow within the ranks into higher roles of leadership and management.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Support Specialist Will Include :

• Becoming an expert on all client product and service knowledge to be able to answer all customer questions
• Mastering the full sales cycle in order to complete sales orders for specific customers
• Establishing continued communication with customers so they may stay informed on any product or service orders
• Working with other members of the Sales & Marketing team to share tips to be able to learn from one another and improve as a team
• Attending daily team meetings where goals are discussed and standards are set
• Receiving ongoing training that focuses on leadership development
