After Alianza’s acquisition of an established market participant in March 2025, Alianza’s law department is actively working to support the rapid integration of two distinct businesses into a single, international organization
About the Role :
The successful candidate for this position will be ready for the responsibility to continue developing a world-class commercial contracts team while responding to the needs of experienced team members and customers with significant experience in the telecommunications industry. The candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to support international sales teams’ continuing growth, to support the development of integrated contract lifecycle management processes and systems, and to facilitate effective collaboration with deals management, sales operations, services, product, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the sales teams’ negotiations with customers through clear, standard-English drafting and keen observation of customer needs
- Provide proactive and strategic guidance to internal teams regarding business and legal issues and risks throughout the sales process
- Actively participate in the implementation of new, improved processes and systems to support the integration of two established business models into a single, unified whole
- Help improve contract templates and negotiation playbooks and provide training to sales, sales operations, contract operations, and the broader GTM legal team
Qualifications :
J.D. plus membership in at least one state or national bar association, or equivalent qualification within the UK7+ years’ experience as a practicing attorney or substantially equivalent experience in a commercial negotiations roleCIPP / E certification or clear understanding of global data privacy laws and principlesOther Qualifications :
