Primary Responsibilities :
- Reviews Policies for accuracy and completeness
- Follows up with clients and insurance companies regarding insurance policy outstanding items (e.g. outstanding A / R, copies of policies, endorsements, etc.)
- Issues Certificates and Auto ID Cards
- Makes general changes to client information within agency management system
Add / Delete : Vehicles, Drivers, Equipment, Locations, etc.
Inputs client policy transactions in accordance with company guidelinesDocuments all activity related to a customer / policy in agency management systemMaintains confidentiality of all information related to clients, agency, employees, companies, or as appropriate, other informationProvides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to customers, producers, client executives and company personnelImproves insurance skills and knowledge by seeking out educational opportunitiesDesired Skills :
Possesses strong computer knowledge and skills including experience with Microsoft Office programsPossesses excellent organizational skills, is detail oriented, problem solver, and self-starterDemonstrates positive customer service and sales skills, internally and externally, with effective communication, respect, and integrityHas the ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex working environment accurately and proficiently
