Job Title : Accounts Receivable Manager

Location : Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid Schedule)

Job Type : Contract / $50-$55HR

Overview :

Our client is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team on a contract basis . This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ , offering the opportunity to manage day-to-day AR operations while contributing to financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and confident leading a high-volume AR function.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Daily and Monthly AR Operations :

Oversee all facets of accounts receivable including billing, collections, cash application, and payment plans to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis :
  • Prepare and present comprehensive AR reports to management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.

  • Team Oversight :
  • Provide direction to AR staff, set goals, monitor performance, and support professional development.

  • Process Improvement :
  • Evaluate and improve AR procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Compliance & Documentation :
  • Ensure AR operations comply with internal policies and external regulations; maintain accurate documentation.

    Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, including supervisory or management experience
  • Strong knowledge of AR best practices, GAAP, and internal controls
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Pay Details : $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
