Lead CMM SpecialistQuality Technician

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and program CMM equipment to measure parts with precision and accuracy.
• Inspect troubleshoot and analyze production components to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Support development implementation and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality throughout the department.
• Lead and mentor the quality team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD) by ensuring quality processes support production timelines.
• Collaborate with process engineering production and other departments to address quality-related challenges and improve processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Ensure tools and measurement equipment are calibrated and in optimal condition.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality standards efficiency and departmental performance.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on CMM operation quality standards and adherence to SOPs to ensure consistent quality practices.
