Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our growing firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate and trust planning, transfer tax matters, or probate administration, and will be excited to work in a boutique firm environment with a high level of client interaction. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with HNW and UHNW clients.

Responsibilities :

Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters

Assist with estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings

Coordinate closely with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals

Manage client relationships with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism

Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and execution

Requirements :

J.D. and admission to the Massachusetts Bar

3+ years of relevant experience

Strong academic background and writing skills

Interest in working with UHNW clients and a desire for direct client contact
