This work-from-home role allows pharmacists to contribute to the monitoring of adverse events post-marketing surveillance and safety reporting without needing prior pharma experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect evaluate and document adverse event reports for marketed and investigational products.
• Conduct literature reviews and safety signal detection activities.
• Prepare safety narratives and case documentation in accordance with FDA and global guidelines.
• Collaborate with safety physicians regulatory affairs and medical affairs teams.
• Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) FDA and ICH regulations.
• Assist with safety database entry audits and quality reviews.
