Machine Assembler

As a Hot Water Machine Assembler, you will assemble complete machines using common hand tools and pneumatic tools by reading pick lists, drawings, and work instructions. The role involves understanding detailed electrical wiring diagrams, mechanical components, and machine operation. Responsibilities also include functional control testing and ensuring high-quality assembly standards.

Location : Mesquite, TX

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 6AM-4 : 30PM. OT on Fridays as needed / required. MUST be open to OT.

Pay rate : $16

Duties :

Read and understand job aids, work instructions, and engineering drawings.

Clean and maintain the work area daily according to the 5S program.

Utilize pneumatic and hand tools to assist with building products.

Ensure the quality of products produced in the assigned work area.

Perform material handling duties, including kitting products and transporting materials.

Conduct final assembly and testing of products against required specifications.

Communicate performance-related issues to the supervisor.

Maintain discipline and a safe working environment.

Be willing to work overtime and cross-train in all areas of production as required.

Be punctual, responsible, and reliable.

Lift 25-30 lbs. regularly and up to 65 lbs. occasionally.

Requirements :

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics / diagrams.

Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.

High accuracy and attention to detail.

High School Diploma or equivalent education / experience.

Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical assembly.

Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical and / or electrical work.

Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish).

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating / maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
