Key Responsibilities
Curate and expand content for organizational knowledge sharing and retention goals while analyzing community usage data
Manage vendor relationships and recommend platform enhancements and UX improvements
Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and monitor community health through performance metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree and 5-6+ years of experience in community management or related fields
Experience working across multiple functions in a mid-to-large organization
Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive adoption of digital platforms
Technical fluency to evaluate platform capabilities and recommend improvements
