Job Summary :

We are looking for a Technical Writer to hire for remote work from Texas state only, with experience in web interface design.

Responsibilities :

Develop, outline, format, and produce detailed program and end-user documentation with appropriate visualizations. Documentation may include tutorials, user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and reference manuals.

Gather and document staff feedback on draft documents.

Incorporate user-requested changes as directed by the supervisor.

Produce video tutorials as requested by the program area, meeting TCEQ, DIR, and W3C standards.

Minimum Requirements :

10 years of experience with web page user interface design, developing end-user documents for complex relational database applications, with excellent communication skills (written and oral) for diverse technical levels.

5 years of knowledge of computer system limitations & capabilities, understanding their integration with business processes, and skills in preparing technical documents for technical and non-technical audiences, including data analysis and interpretation.
