About the Role

Were looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help bridge the gap between design and this role youll develop the processes tools and infrastructure that ensure our hardware is built efficiently reliably and at scale. Youll collaborate closely with hardware test and operations teams to turn engineering designs into production-ready assemblies.

Youre an engineer who enjoys building structure around complexity someone who can see the big picture while refining the details that make production run smoothly. You take pride in creating efficient scalable systems that ensure every product leaving the line meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

What Youll Do

• Design and implement test processes for hardware assembly and validation.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to incorporate design-for-manufacturability and testability principles.
• Develop scalable production systems that meet high standards for throughput cost and quality.
• Lead facilities and workflow planning including floor layout and material flow optimization.
• Identify and implement tooling and equipment needs using internal resources or external vendors.
• Develop and maintain production documentation including work instructions and MES databases.
• Continuously improve manufacturing efficiency through automation data analysis and process optimization.

$80000 - $110000 a year
