Contribute to the development and refinement of content taxonomies and metadata to improve content delivery and management efficiency. Assist in content migration projects, including the creation of migration plans and documentation, building web pages in client systems, and ensuring adherence to established editorial styles. Prepare training materials and documentation to empower client teams in managing and optimizing their content effectively. Organize and tag digital assets in digital asset management systems. Conduct quality assurance checks on web pages to ensure they meet functional and editorial standards. Develop project schedules, track progress, and provide status updates to both internal teams and clients. Collaborate effectively with design and production teams to align on visual concepts. Oversee the transition of content from editorial to production phases. Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables. Customize Tendo resource documents according to client needs and manage their execution throughout project phases. Contribute positively to client communications, maintaining clarity and focus on key actions, next steps, and expectations. Deliver outstanding customer service, proactively seeking opportunities to add value. Communicate effectively through various channels, ensuring documented confirmations of client interactions. Anticipate challenges and suggest proactive solutions to clients. 3+ years of experience in editorial, content marketing, or digital content roles. Experience with content analytics and / or content management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in copyediting. A background and enthusiasm for technology markets and products is a plus. Strong project management abilities with a knack for meeting deadlines amidst multiple projects. Self-motivated with the capability to plan and execute tasks independently and take initiative when needed. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, enjoying a variety of tasks and projects. Proficient in MS Office applications and collaboration platforms. Experience in creating compelling presentations and slide decks. Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software. Experience with design and production software is a plus. Fluency in leading social media platforms. Familiarity with content management systems. Experience with content inventory and analytics tools.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional content solutions for a diverse range of clients. The Content Development Specialist will collaborate with Tendo team members, contributing to the development of various content types and ensuring the success of content planning, management, and optimization projects, all while nurturing strong client relationships.
Our clientele primarily consists of B2B technology companies; thus, a strong interest in enterprise IT technologies and their audiences is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Assist in devising comprehensive content marketing plans that outline target audiences, objectives, schedules, and content strategies.
- Implement these plans by producing and / or assigning articles, multimedia content, and social posts; editing them according to client style guidelines; managing review cycles; incorporating feedback; and submitting content to client content management systems.
- Craft engaging headlines, summaries, and various promotional materials to enhance content reach across multiple channels.
- Copyedit materials to maintain standards of voice, tone, and quality across different communication platforms.
