The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses. - The Big Task We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who understands the power of a warm welcome, a calm voice, and a well-handled call.

- Key Sub Tasks Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments.
- Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand. Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences.
- Participate in training to boost booked calls.
- Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information.
- Make outbound calls.
- Be available for On-Call duties.
- Who You Are Highly motivated – friendly, composed, and confident on the phone.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- A problem solver with analytical skills.
- A great communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
