We’re now hiring a Center Director to lead our Northwest Omaha center , managing day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding experiences for families and staff.

What You’ll Do :

Manage overall day-to-day operations of the learning center

Conduct academic assessments and develop personalized learning plans

Build strong relationships with students and families

Monitor student progress and hold regular progress meetings with parents

Meet center goals for enrollments, revenue, and expense management

Hire, train, and manage instructional staff

Lead marketing and outreach efforts in local schools and the community

Ensure a high-quality educational experience for every student

What We’re Looking For :

1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, education, or business management

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate a team

Confidence in handling both front-end and back-end operations

Comfortable using technology (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, MS Office, etc.)

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work some evenings and occasional Saturday mornings

What We Offer :

Base salary : $45,000–$55,000 per year (based on experience)

Monthly and annual bonus opportunities based on performance

12 days PTO in your first year, increasing to 18+ in year two

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Some Saturdays (typically half-days, 2x per month)

Evening availability 2–3 times per week
