Academics Plus Charter Schools Inc. (APCSI) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a Full-Time Maintenance worker for the district.

The custodianshould be able to p rovide maintenance and custodial services as needed and / or as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma / GED
• Successful completion of the pre-employment background checks.

REPORTS TO : Director of Maintenance & or School Principal

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES :

WORKING CONDITIONS :

Physical Demands : Strenuous walking standing and / or climbing; heavy lifting and carrying; work outside and inside; exposure to hot and cold temperatures; exposure to dust toxic chemicals and materials; slippery or uneven walking surfaces; work on ladders; ability to lift and carry 75lbs.
