Position Overview : Legal Counsel – Americas Region
They are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel (7+ years) to support business units, with a strong focus on commercial real estate (primarily industrial / warehouse leasing) and general commercial contracts, including procurement and vendor agreements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, analyze, and negotiate real estate and commercial contracts to support the company's infrastructure and business interests.
- Provide strategic legal advice on a variety of issues, ensuring compliance and managing risks.
- Work collaboratively with their diverse, globally connected Legal team and business partners.
- Deliver training on relevant legal topics and keep business units informed on legal trends.
- Lead and manage projects, working with external counsel and various internal teams.
