Compliance Coordinator

Job Overview :

As the Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for regularly touring the neighborhoods street-by-street to inspect, document, photograph and issue all violations within the community. You will also partner with assigned Community Managers to help with any other general administrative tasks as needed. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for business travel which is eligible for company mileage reimbursement at the current IRS approved rates.

Compensation : $21-22 per hour, depending on experience

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Your Responsibilities :

Guest & Resident Services

• Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and direct phone calls professionally.
• Provide assistance to residents, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Maintain accurate homeowner information in relevant systems and process payments.

Work Hours : Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
