POSITION REQUIREMENTS : Experience in construction administration, preferably public works with emphasis on support to project management team. Seeking a detailed and organized professional with previous office administration experience. Will report directly to Project Manager with secondary reporting requirement to the Business Manager
JOB DUTIES :
Create, manage and organize all file systems and foldersManage day to day operations for the office siteAnswer high volume of phone calls and direct to appropriate departmentsGreet clients and provide excellent customer serviceSupport basic accounting functions including AP and AR functionsMaintain and manage daily calendarsSchedule meetings and upcoming projectsOrder office suppliesHeavy data entry into multiple softwareMaintain records and create reports / proposalsSupport Project Manager with various tasksSkill Set Requirements :
