Position Overview :

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care following established protocols and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your role will involve using medical-surgical nursing practices to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement the nursing process to develop individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments of each patient.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to create and execute tailored care plans.
• Utilize critical thinking to evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to care strategies.
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and comfort measures.
• Serve as a mentor to nursing colleagues and foster a supportive work environment.
• Apply evidence-based practices to meet the specific clinical needs of patients of various ages.
• Maintain a safe environment through ongoing vigilance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
