At Costa Auto Care and Tire , we’re looking for a Service Advisor who’s ready to be part of something special. We’re a growing shop with a great reputation in Oakland, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Our team is like family-we support each other, work hard, and have fun doing it.

What You’ll Do :

  • Be the bridge between our customers and technicians.
  • Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
  • Communicate clearly about recommended repairs and maintenance.
  • Write repair orders, price jobs accurately, and keep customers updated.
  • Help manage workflow and ensure vehicles are completed on time.
  • Sell services ethically and confidently-helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Build long-term relationships with our loyal clients.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred (but we’ll train the right person).
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using shop management software (we use Tekmetric ).
  • A true team player who’s dependable, honest, and driven to succeed.

  • Full-time schedule , Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (no weekends!).
